AutoCount Integration Cost in Malaysia: Published Market Prices and What Moves Them

Malaysian vendors publish starting prices from RM1,200 for a one-system AutoCount connection and from RM3,000 for a connector starter scope (checked 9 October 2026; SST not stated). MyInvois tools list free tiers and paid plans up to under RM100 a month. No vendor we checked publishes multi-system prices. Our first step is a free 15-minute scoping call.

Published AutoCount integration prices in Malaysia (checked 9 October 2026)

Dataset and method: we read 11 pricing pages from 7 vendors, including AutoCount’s own OneSales page, by hand on the vendors’ own websites on 9 October 2026, and kept a screenshot of each. Rows are grouped by what you are trying to achieve, and the source column links to each page, for example the Result Flow Shopee-to-AutoCount integration page, checked 9 Oct 2026. We also checked SL Software Solutions, Mac Soft, Rockbell Software, JomeInvoice and einvoice-online.my; none publishes an RM price for an AutoCount integration, API or plug-in (Mac Soft prices only bundled AutoCount implementation packages), so none appears.

Limits: what these prices are and are not

The prices on this page are vendors’ published starting points, not quotes, and they have these limits:

  • They are published starting prices, not quotes. Most figures are the lowest paid price a vendor shows for its simplest scope; where a vendor lists tiers, we show them, and free tiers are noted, not priced. Your price depends on your systems, volumes and AutoCount edition.
  • SST is not stated. None of the pages says whether its price includes SST, so we do not add or remove it.
  • Prices change. Check the vendor’s page before you rely on a figure.
  • They are not our prices. AutoCloud.my does not publish build prices yet; the reasons are set out below.
  • We are not comparing quality. Vendors are named only as the source of a published price. Inclusions differ, so two rows with similar figures may not buy the same thing.

How much does it cost to connect one system to AutoCount?

Connecting one system to AutoCount has published starting prices from RM1,200 in Malaysia, on vendor pages checked 9 October 2026. Agile X lists marketplace plug-ins from RM1,200 and Result Flow a simple one-way Shopee flow from RM1,500. Xantec’s starter scopes begin at RM3,000, but it quotes a focused one-source connector after an audit. No page states SST.

These floors buy the simplest version of one flow. Result Flow’s page says the scope grows with stock sync, multiple marketplaces, complex fees, bundle products, warehouse picking or reconciliation (Result Flow Shopee-to-AutoCount integration page, checked 9 Oct 2026). Xantec quotes a focused connector from one primary source only after an audit (Xantec AutoCount API Integration page, checked 9 Oct 2026).

Some routes need two purchases. On the desktop edition, the AutoCount Accounting API needs the API Module licence (AutoCount wiki: Integration Methods (edited 2 Apr 2025)). A middleware layer, such as Agile X’s AutoCount Web API (Agilex) at RM1,200, gives a connector something to call, but its price does not include building the connector (Agile X AutoCount Web API (Agilex) product page, checked 9 Oct 2026). AutoCount Cloud Accounting has its own Integration API, reached with a Key-ID and an API-Key (AutoCount Cloud Accounting Integration API: Getting Started).

How much do MyInvois e-invoice tools cost per month?

MyInvois e-invoice tools with published plans range from free tiers to under RM100 a month, on vendor pages checked 9 October 2026. envoice lists RM35 for 500 documents and RM90 for 3,000 documents with API access. PeppolSync lists a plan with ERP or accounting middleware at under RM100. Neither page names an AutoCount connector.

A monthly tool covers submission to MyInvois. If your invoices start in AutoCount, a link to the tool still has to be built or configured, unless you use AutoCount’s own route.

What moves the price of an AutoCount integration?

The price of an AutoCount integration moves with seven scope drivers: the number of source systems, the data that must flow, transactions per month, outlets or stores, e-invoice handling, the AutoCount edition and modules, and hosting and support. Vendors’ published pages show the same pattern: starting prices cover one simple flow, and wider scopes are quoted after review.

Scope drivers that move the cost of an AutoCount integration, with what published vendor pages say (checked 9 October 2026)
Scope driverWhy it mattersWhat published pages show
Number of source systemsEach system has its own API, data format and failure modes to map and test.Multi-system prices are not published; Result Flow lists multiple marketplaces as scope that grows.
Data that must flowOne-way orders are simpler than stock sync, platform fees, refunds or bundles.Result Flow’s floor is for a one-way order flow; UniCart Starter keeps stock sync manual.
Transactions per monthHigher volume needs queuing, retries and stricter reconciliation.OneSales is tiered by orders per month; envoice by documents per month.
Outlets, branches or storesEach location adds codes to map and totals to reconcile.Xantec quotes multi-outlet programmes after an audit; envoice charges per extra shop.
e-Invoice handlingInvoices that start outside AutoCount need buyer details, validation results and rejections handled.Xantec quotes MyInvois-coupled programmes after an audit.
AutoCount edition and modulesThe desktop API needs the API Module licence; Cloud Accounting uses its Integration API.BigSeller’s plug-in supports AutoCount desktop 2.1 or 2.2 only; OneSales is described as integrated with Cloud Accounting.
Hosting and supportSomeone runs the connector and watches failures after go-live.Agile X lists free installation and a 4-hour office-hours response on its Web API (Agilex) page.

A scoped AutoCount connector is designed around these drivers, with a retry queue and a reconciliation report.

How do the scope drivers apply to a cafe group, a distributor and a web shop?

The scope drivers apply differently by business type. A cafe group multiplies systems and outlets, a distributor taking WhatsApp orders adds code matching and human review, and a web shop adds webhooks and buyer details for e-invoices. No vendor we checked publishes a total for any of these, so each example names only the relevant published starting point.

These examples are illustrations built from the scope drivers above, not past projects and not estimates.

A cafe group with a POS and delivery platforms

  • Drivers that apply: several source systems (the POS plus each delivery platform), several outlets, many small sales a day, and platform fees and payouts to match.
  • e-Invoice handling: if the group is not exempt, sales to buyers who do not ask for an e-invoice can go into the monthly consolidated e-invoice, subject to LHDN’s exclusions such as single sales above RM10,000 outside the interim relaxation (LHDN e-Invoice Specific Guideline v4.9 (7 Sep 2026)), submitted within seven calendar days after the month ends (LHDN e-Invoice Specific Guideline v4.9 (7 Sep 2026)).
  • Relevant published starting point: this is a multi-system project, which no vendor we checked prices. Published one-system prices start from RM1,200 (one simple flow) and describe a single flow each, not this whole scope.

A distributor taking orders on WhatsApp

  • Drivers that apply: one source, but orders arrive as messages, so customer and item codes must be matched and anything unclear held for a person. Volume matters.
  • e-Invoice handling: if invoices are posted in AutoCount, AutoCount’s AIP can submit them.
  • Relevant published starting point: no vendor we checked publishes a WhatsApp-to-AutoCount price. The nearest published references are one-system connector starter scopes (from RM3,000 at Xantec) and a middleware layer (RM1,200 at Agile X) before any build.

A web shop

  • Drivers that apply: one source system sending orders, customers and refunds, usually by webhook; the AutoCount edition decides the API route.
  • e-Invoice handling: buyers who want their own e-invoice must be identifiable, so their details are captured at checkout.
  • Relevant published starting point: published one-system prices from RM1,200 (one simple flow). Marketplace plug-ins apply only if the tool lists your shop platform.

When can a ready-made tool or plug-in cost less than custom integration?

A ready-made tool or plug-in can cost less than custom AutoCount integration when it already supports your platform, AutoCount edition and volume. Examples: AutoCount’s OneSales for Shopee and Lazada with Cloud Accounting, RM159 to RM509 a month; BigSeller’s plug-in for AutoCount desktop 2.1 or 2.2, RM1,400 or RM2,000 a year plus RM500 first-year installation and a paid BigSeller plan.

Check four things before choosing custom work:

  1. Platform match. OneSales lists Shopee and Lazada (AutoCount OneSales pricing page, checked 9 Oct 2026). A tool that does not list your platform cannot connect it.
  2. Edition match. BigSeller’s plug-in needs AutoCount desktop 2.1 or 2.2 and does not support AutoCount Cloud or POS (BigSeller × AutoCount Integration Guide, checked 9 Oct 2026).
  3. Volume fit. Check the order or document tier you would actually need.
  4. Process fit. If staff can work the way the tool maps products, fees and stock, you avoid custom work. Agile X’s UniCart tiers differ in how fees and stock are handled (Agile X AutoCount UniCart Plugin (Starter) page, checked 9 Oct 2026).

Custom integration makes sense when several systems must feed AutoCount, when no tool supports your source, or when invoices start outside AutoCount and need a MyInvois bridge.

Why doesn’t AutoCloud.my publish build prices yet?

AutoCloud.my does not publish build prices yet, because each connector is scoped to the systems and volumes involved, and AutoCloud.my has not yet completed a client connector. The first step is a free 15-minute scoping call, followed by a written scope if a project makes sense.

On the scoping call we ask which systems you want to connect, roughly how many transactions a month, your AutoCount edition and modules, and whether e-invoices start inside or outside AutoCount. If a ready-made tool from the table fits, we say so. Otherwise, a written scope lists the systems, the data that moves, the error cases and who reviews exceptions.

What costs sit outside the integration?

Costs outside an AutoCount integration include AutoCount licences and modules, such as the API Module for the desktop API, quoted by whoever supplies your AutoCount licence; fees charged by marketplaces, payment gateways and add-on platforms; extra user seats; and hosting for the connector. Submitting e-invoices through LHDN’s MyInvois Portal itself is free.

  • AutoCount licences and modules. The desktop API needs the API Module licence (AutoCount wiki: Integration Methods (edited 2 Apr 2025)). Whoever supplies your AutoCount licence quotes it.
  • Add-on platform plans. BigSeller’s plug-in needs a paid BigSeller VIP plan on top of the plug-in fee.
  • Extra users. OneSales includes one user; each extra user is RM20 a month.
  • Marketplace and payment-gateway fees. These are paid to those providers directly.
  • MyInvois. LHDN offers the free MyInvois Portal and the API (LHDN e-Invoice FAQ (updated 4 Sep 2026)). LHDN’s e-Invoice Guideline v4.8 (Table 2.1) notes that an API connection needs upfront investment and may be made directly or through intermediary technology providers.
  • Tax treatment. HASiL’s 7 July 2026 statement says the Government agreed to allow a full capital allowance claim within one year on ICT equipment and on software development or customisation costs incurred to implement e-Invoice (HASiL media statement on the e-Invoice SVDP (7 Jul 2026)). We have not checked its effective dates; treat it as an announcement and confirm with your tax adviser.

Key terms

Published starting price
The lowest price a vendor shows on its own website for the simplest version of a service, usually written as “from RM…”. It is a floor, not a quote for your scope.
Scope driver
A feature of your systems or volumes, such as the number of source systems or outlets, that changes how much work an AutoCount integration needs and so moves its price.
Middleware
Software that sits between AutoCount and another system and exposes AutoCount functions, for example as a REST API. Middleware alone does not move any data until a connector is built on it.
Multi-system project
An AutoCount integration that connects two or more source systems, or several outlets, often with e-invoice handling. None of the vendors checked on 9 October 2026 publishes a price for one.

Start with a free 15-minute scoping call. Tell us your AutoCount edition, the systems you want to connect and roughly how many transactions a month. We reply Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Malaysia time. AutoCloud.my is operated by Inpixel Marketing (SSM 202003100521), an authorised AutoCount cloud reseller.
