Limits: what we cannot help with by message
We cannot give tax rulings, handle urgent outages outside reply hours or support existing AutoCount licences by message, and you should never send passwords or API keys.
- Tax rulings. We explain LHDN’s published rules but cannot tell you how LHDN will treat your case. Ask your tax adviser.
- Urgent outages outside reply hours. We do not run an after-hours support line.
- AutoCount licence support. Upgrades, licence keys and training for an existing install sit with whoever supplies your AutoCount licence.
- Passwords and API keys. Never send them by WhatsApp or email. If a project needs access, we agree a safe way first.
What should you prepare for the scoping call?
Prepare four facts for the free scoping call: your AutoCount edition (desktop Accounting or Cloud Accounting), the systems where sales or orders start, roughly how many transactions you handle each month, and how e-invoices are submitted today. A sample export from the source system, with personal details removed, helps but is optional.
- Your AutoCount edition: desktop AutoCount Accounting or AutoCount Cloud Accounting.
- Where sales or orders start: POS, marketplace, web shop, ordering system or spreadsheet.
- Monthly volume: roughly how many transactions or invoices a month.
- How e-invoices are submitted today: AutoCount’s e-Invoice Platform, the MyInvois Portal, another system, or not yet.
Three more details help if you have them:
- Your annual turnover band. Businesses below RM3 million have been exempt from e-invoicing since 1 September 2026, subject to group-company tests (HASiL media statement (30 Aug 2026); LHDN e-Invoice Guideline v4.8 (30 Aug 2026)). It changes what you need.
- Who keys data today and roughly how many hours it takes each week.
- Your AutoCount dealer’s name, if you have one, so we can coordinate rather than duplicate.
What happens after you message AutoCloud.my?
After you message AutoCloud.my, we reply within our reply hours to agree a time for the free 15-minute scoping call. After the call we tell you plainly whether you need an integration at all, and if a project makes sense, we follow up with a written scope listing the systems, data and error cases.
- You send one line about your setup on WhatsApp or by email.
- We agree a time for the 15-minute call.
- If a project makes sense, you receive a written scope.
How does AutoCloud.my use the details you send?
AutoCloud.my uses the name, number, email and business details you send only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a scope estimate. We do not sell or share them for marketing. Details are handled under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as explained in our privacy policy.
Read the full privacy policy for AutoCloud.my. Please remove customer personal data from any sample file you send.
